For me music has been an escape from the panic attacks and obsessive thoughts. Every time I find a song that helps me I add it to my OCD playlist. Here are a list of songs that I have found to represent my feelings or just help me feel more positive about myself. If you have songs that help you I’d love to hear them and add them to the list. You can either message me on any of my social media platforms or email theocdperspective@gmail.com. ***I do no own or have any rights to the songs on this list. All videos come from YouTube.
